Robin Soderling is a doubt for the ATP World Tour Finals in London, England, after the world No. 10 was forced to withdraw from his semifinal in Stockholm against Cyprus’ Marcos Bagdhatis with an elbow injury.

Jo-Wilfried Tsonga beat David Nalbandian 6-3 4-6 6-4 and became the first Frenchman since 2001 (Sebastian Grosjean) who won Paris-Bercy. Tsonga like Grosjean 7 year ago, secured a place in Masters Cup right after the final.

Stanislas Wawrinka suffered the most painful (6-3 6-7 6-7) defeat of the year at the hands of German qualifier Benjamin Becker and practically lost chances to book his place at the Masters Cup in Shanghai. Wawrinka couldn’t handle the pressure playing in front of the home crowd.
