The supposed easiest of all rounds - second round didn’t bring any surprise. Maybe one, Anastasia Myskina again won in two sets! She defeated Melinda Czink in comfortable two sets 6-2, 6-4. We saw just a match point on Eurposport (huge thanks!), Czink hit a shot to the net.

Some stats: Myskina’s first serve percentage quite good 66% (was broken twice). She hit same number of unforced errors and winners (19) just like aces and double faults (3). In the next round a really tough opponent is already waiting.

After crashing Emily Loit 6-1, 6-1, Ana Ivanovic seems to be in a good shape. Today though she got a big help from Frenchwoman who commited 31 unforced errors.
